RESERVATIONS
Our intimate Inn offers personalized service to our guests. We look forward to talking with you directly over the phone about where we are located and are happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding your upcoming visit.

RESERVATION POLICIES
Your reservation will be made over the phone as we do not make on-line reservations. The dates that you have reserved and deposit payment made will be confirmed by email or over the phone.
PAYMENT
We accept all credit cards and will still honor your check if preferred. A deposit of half of the Toal of your stay or a minimum of one night in full is required to secure you reservation. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN:
Our preferred check-in time is between 4pm and 6pm. It’s important to let me know if you plan to arrive sooner or later ~ Thank You !
*** With respect for my personal time, arrivals beyond our regular check-in time of 6pm without prior arrangements being made will be charged $25.00 per hour to cover my working over-time as my personal activities will be disrupted or cancelled while awaiting your arrival. It is important for me to meet and greet guests unfamiliar with our property to ensure their safe arrival and ultimate comfort. Thank you greatly for your understanding.
CHECK-OUT:
Check out time is Noon.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life happens. Please give us 10 days notice in order to receive a 75% refund of your deposit. If less than 10 days notice is given ~ we will need to retain your deposit unless your reservation is successfully re-booked.
PETS
Yes, we do accept quiet, non-barking, well-behaved dogs on a leash with their responsible owner at a rate of $25.00 per night per pet (2 maximum) for the privilege of your enjoying quality time together in our fine establishment. Please call us about your canine companion wanting a reservation.
DISCOUNTS
Stay with us 3 or more nights and receive our multi-night discount of $185.00 per night.
If you prefer to prepare your own breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen of your Suite, you will receive a discount of $25.00 per night. This is highly recommended for those with dietary restrictions. It is critically important that you arrange this with the Innkeeper when making your reservation. Thank You.
